Internship Program Overview

About QESCO

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) is a public sector utility and the area-wise largest distribution company of Pakistan. Its area of operation comprises 32 districts of Balochistan Province.

Program Duration

The internship program spans 8 weeks (2 months), typically during winter vacations each year. Upon successful completion, interns receive certificates and stipends.

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

Must be 32 years of age or less
Must have completed the last degree within the last three years
Must have a CGPA of 2.8 or above
Must be domiciled in Balochistan
Must be from HEC Recognized Universities / Concerned Boards

10	Customer Services	BSBA (Hons) 4 years /MBA (Marketing) or equivalent
Total No. of Interns: 100

Selection Process

Merit-based selection without discrimination
Merit lists prepared based on CGPA/marks
Selection notification sent to candidates
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
No TA/DA will be admissible for interview

Stipend Eligibility

Minimum 3.5 average rating in evaluation
Minimum 80% attendance during internship
Submission of internship report
Satisfactory performance evaluation
Candidates must have a working bank account registered in their name

Important Instructions

Last date for submission of applications is 24.11.2025
Applications submitted by hand will NOT be entertained
Successful completion does NOT lead to employment
Original documents must be presented at the time of interview
QESCO reserves the right to withhold/cancel the application process
